This enables a passive processing technique that eliminates stresses in the finished product and changes in vertical dimension. The advantage of using pourable acrylics is the superior fit and the comfortable dentures.
All our partial dentures are sent back to the dentist, accurately fitting duplicate models to make fitting an easy and quick process.
We use vast array of teeth moulds that range from economy, which have a base shade and enamel layer, through to premium quality teeth that are multi-layered acrylic to replicate the reflection of light that best matches natural dentition.
The gum work, which is often forgotten about, can be characterised with wax carving of the gingival bulge, peripheral roll, and stippling by the artistry of our technicians.
The use of Merz acrylic crystals in Gum paternation enables us to create the ultimate ‘True to Life’ denture.
We are also proud to offer myerson Duraflex Flexible Partial dentures. These provide a natural look and comfortable fit. They are lightweight and stain resistant.
