Zirconia

Zirconia (Zi) features high strength, rigidity and biocompatibility. Restorations fabricated from the pre-sintered zirconia blanks have a particularly high flexural strength of up to 1200 MPa (3-point bending strength) and can be processed without any problems thanks to their optimum edge stability. With an opacity value of approx. 70% ZI is ideal for indications in which discoloured tooth preparations or metal frameworks must be masked, as well as for the fabrication of support structures for fixed and removable prosthetic restorations.

E.max crowns & Veneers

E-max is an all-ceramic system that is based on lithium disilicate glass and consists of quartz, lithium dioxide, phosphoroxide, alumina, potassium oxide, and trace elements. It is mainly used for the fabrication of crowns and veneers in the anterior region. The crown/veneer is designed using our CAD/CAM software. E.max is very tough and durable. E-max based restorations are becoming very popular in cosmetic dentistry due to their excellent aesthetics, durability, and strength. E-max is also the ideal choice for short-span bridges in the anterior region.

PMMA

The easy-to-process Ceramill Temp acrylic is ideal for long-term temporary restorations. Ceramill Temp is available as a monochromatic blank and as a "multilayer" with shade gradient from dentine to incisal. A-D shades of Temp blanks ensure high-end aesthetics and reliable, familiar processes. A-Temp temporary restorations can be fabricated fully anatomically, but can also be veneered with common crown and bridge acrylics. The milled prosthesis can cover up to 14 units.

Porcelain bonded crowns/bridges

Porcelain Bonded Crowns are used for single unit cases to full arch bridge cases and is a cost effective alternative to all ceramic solutions. It is a process commonly used in restorative cases that involve implants.

All porcelain bonded crowns have a metal substructure with layered ceramic of Noritake porcelain. The metal substructure can be made with either non precious, semi precious or precious alloys which is then layered to our Noritake ceramic to provide functional and aesthetically pleasing restorations that last.

Metal Crowns

Metal crowns offer a solution for strength, longevity, large span bridgework and many implant related cases. Metal / gold crowns & bridges are a good choice for teeth in the posterior region which require less tooth structure to be removed. Metal crowns can withstand high masticatory forces during chewing.

We offer a wide range of materials and solutions for your restorative cases. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs further. We would be happy to help.
